1. The service we provide

FlyBeyond Air operates flybeyondair.com, a flight ticket search service that compares fares from 8 booking partners and 16 major carriers and links users out to those partners or directly to the airline to complete a reservation. We are a trade name, not a registered legal entity; we are not an Online Travel Agency, ticket reseller, IATA-accredited agent, or registered booking platform.

2. No booking, no payment processing

FlyBeyond Air does not sell tickets, process bookings, accept payments, hold reservations, issue boarding passes, manage changes, or act on behalf of any airline. When you click a "Book this fare" link, you leave our site and complete the transaction on a third-party site under that site's own terms.

3. Carrier trademarks

All airline names, logos, IATA codes, cabin product names, and route information are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site is editorial and informational and does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.

4. Affiliate links

Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. We may receive compensation when a booking is completed through one of these links. This compensation does not influence the prices you see or add any fee to your ticket. See the disclaimer for a full list of partners.

5. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep route information, sample fares, baggage allowances, and advisory content accurate, but we cannot guarantee that any specific value will match what the carrier or partner shows at checkout. The carrier's own page is always the source of truth for prices, fare rules, baggage, and policies.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyBeyond Air will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of this site or your inability to complete a booking on a third-party site reached through it.

You agree not to scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of this site without permission; to refrain from automated abuse of the search bar; and to use the contact form for genuine inquiries.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought before the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
