Privacy policy
1. Who we are
FlyBeyond Air is an independent flight ticket search service operated by a small team based at 441 Ninth Avenue, Suite 1804, New York, NY 10001, USA. We are a trade name, not a registered legal entity (not an LLC, Inc., Corp., or Ltd.). For any privacy question, email tickets@flybeyondair.com or call +1 (212) 380-2479.
2. What we collect
We collect only the data needed to operate this site:
- Contact form submissions: name, email, topic, and message body. These reach us by email only and are stored in our inbox.
- Search inputs: origin, destination, dates, cabin, and traveler count are passed in the URL when you submit the search bar. They are not stored on our servers in a personal profile.
- Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamps for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Logs rotate within 30 days.
3. What we don't collect
We never collect or process credit card numbers, passport details, frequent-flyer account credentials, passenger name records, or any data that would be required to complete a booking. The reason is simple: we don't process bookings. Every fare card on this site links out to the airline or to a trusted booking partner, and the reservation is completed on that site.
4. Cookies and localStorage
We use only essential cookies and a small localStorage entry under the key fba_cookies_v1 that remembers whether you dismissed the cookie notice. We do not run third-party advertising cookies, behavioral profiling pixels, or cross-site retargeting tags.
You can clear localStorage at any time from your browser's site settings. Doing so will simply make the cookie notice reappear on your next visit.
5. Affiliate disclosure
When you click "Book this fare" on a result card, you are taken to one of eight booking partners (Kayak, Skyscanner, Google Flights, Expedia, Priceline, CheapOair, Momondo) or directly to the carrier. Some of these partners may compensate FlyBeyond Air when a booking is completed through our link. This compensation does not influence the prices you see — those come from the partner's own systems — and does not add any fee to your ticket.
6. Children
FlyBeyond Air is intended for adult travelers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our contact form, email us and we will delete it.
7. Opt-out and data requests
If you have sent us a contact-form message and would like us to delete the email thread, email tickets@flybeyondair.com with the subject line "Data deletion request." We will confirm deletion within 14 business days.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service or applicable law. The "updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
